About the Role

We are seeking an IT Automation Engineer to join our Automation Support team and support Beyond Finance’s ambitious growth. You will provide strategic, innovative, and cost-effective support solutions to increase efficiency, reliability, and integration of our services and operations. You will work in a semi-autonomous and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop and implement automation solutions and tools to support various IT, Corporate and Product operations.
• Analyze existing IT processes and workflows, identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency, reduce manual errors, and enhance scalability.
• Support, maintain and troubleshoot workflow automation issues impacting the production environment.
• Develop architectural frameworks, guidelines and standards for AI-powered solutions.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Work cross-functionally to evaluate processes and procedures for automation opportunities and resolution of common tasks and problems.
• Define implement and manage toolsets required to enable self-service, service desk and infrastructure automation.
• Research industry trends, best practices, and evaluate their applicability to improve existing automation frameworks and processes.
• Develop customized automation strategies that align with customer-specific requirements and objectives.
• Configure alerting mechanisms to proactively detect and resolve issues.

What We Look For

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with APIs and JSON structures. 
• Strong experience with iPaaS and automation tools such as Tray.ai.
• Knowledge designing and implementing solutions with AI and large language models from third-party providers.
• Experience with cloud providers such AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, Ruby, JavaScrip, /Node.js, Typescript. 
• Experience working with observability platforms such as Datadog or New Relic.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Git, Github Actions, CircleCi, Terraform.
• Demonstrable clarity of thought and the ability to independently navigate ambiguous situations to achieve results.
• Working experience integrating with cloud platforms and tools, Salesforce, Slack, ServiceNow, GCP, AWS, etc.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for a non-technical audience.
• Experience in developing integration and regression tests.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision.
