About the Role:

Beyond Finance is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the Finance Team located near the Houston Energy Corridor. This ideal candidate will support the optimization of procurement and finance operation solutions, assist with reporting maintenance, record keeping and data modeling to support financial analytical reviews. This role also requires flexibility to support fast paced evolving organization and requires the ability to thrive in a demanding and high performing environment.

What You will Do (Responsibilities):

  • Support the day to day procurement operations, including the full lifecycle awareness of
  • the intake request, purchase requisitions, contract request, vendor management, database
  • management and invoice reconciliation and stakeholder updates. This role will also
  • support reconciliation of accounting invoices and will be required to validate payment.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentations, dashboards, reportings and
  • maintenance of current processes.
  • Technically inclined on ERP systems to support improving systems management of
  • procurement lifecycle.
  • Perform daily cost analysis, understand financial budgets and create financial reports to
  • showcase to department leadership.
  • Opportunity to negotiate incoming contract requests, review commercial terms and work
  • directly with vendors with the support of procurement management.
  • Monitor incoming contract requests to facilitate or advise stakeholders of vendor
  • onboarding and contract evaluation processes.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as required.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Finance, Accounting, or similar disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience (1 -2 years) in procurement, supply chain or data analytics.
  • Basic understanding of procurement lifecycle management.
  • Experienced with Excel (pivot tables,VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Dashboards) and
  • ERP/procurement platforms.
  • Experience identifying and implementing procurement/supply chain management best
  • practices.
  • Proficient knowledge of procurement processes and databases.
  • Proficient with analyzing data from multiple software systems to promote optimization to
  • the organization.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational skills for managing documentation, purchase
  • requests, and supplier records.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Experienced with reconciliation of invoices and reporting issues back to vendors.

Preferred:

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, contracts, and order tracking
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Proficient with procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, NetSuite, others).
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and basic modeling (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Outstanding work ethic and commitment to individual and organizational success.

The base annual salary range is listed below. This role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual bonus.

Base Salary Range

$70,000 - $80,000 USD
