About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a 4-month contract to cover parental leave starting Mid April. In this role, you will be responsible for managing global HR operations, including payroll, benefits, compliance, immigration, and the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Full Employee Lifecycle Support – Manage onboarding and offboarding, including HRIS updates, documentation, background checks, and termination paperwork.
- HRIS, Records & Compliance – Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and documentation requirements.
- Payroll & Benefits – Process US payroll, assist with global payroll, support benefits enrollment, and collaborate with external providers.
- Immigration & Compliance – Coordinate visa and work permit processes, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Employee Relations & HR Support – Address employee inquiries, assist HRBPs with initiatives, and provide documentation for finance and compliance audits.
- Performance & Compensation – Support performance reviews and assist with quarterly bonus calculations.
- General Support – Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Leadership team on various tasks and special projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Typically, 3+ years of HR experience in a global company, including HR administration, payroll processing, and immigration.
- Prior experience providing temporary HR coverage for parental leave or a similar short-term role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms, and payroll systems; experience with PEOs is a plus.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, payroll, terminations, and tax policies.
- Experience managing immigration processes such as visas and work permits, with strong knowledge of US immigration laws.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with HiBob, 15Five, Greenhouse, TeamTailor, and ADP Workforce Now (PEO).
