About the role:

As a capable recruiter, your role entails proficiently handling end-to-end (360) recruitment tasks of moderate complexity, primarily focusing on a specific function. Your contribution to the development of recruitment strategies and plans is instrumental. You'll interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience. Moreover, you'll independently manage all operational aspects following established processes and precise procedures while strictly adhering to data integrity and compliance standards.

What you will do:

• Own & execute tactical hiring: You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to source & close vacancies effectively.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, guaranteeing a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience from start to finish.
• Advanced Sourcing Techniques: We will utilize advanced sourcing techniques and the latest tools to identify and attract high-quality candidates who align with our goals and values.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their unique talent requirements. Your role involves providing expert guidance and support to ensure we attract the right talent.
• Diversity and Inclusion Advocate: Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, promoting diverse perspectives and experiences within our teams.
• Stay Informed and Innovative: Keep yourself updated with the latest trends and developments in talent acquisition, applying innovative approaches to attract top talent to Beyond ONE.
• Employer Branding: Engage in employer branding initiatives that enhance Beyond ONE's reputation as an employer of choice, showcasing our unique culture and opportunities for growth.

What you will need:

• Bachelors or master's degree (specialization in HR or business preferably)
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of success in managing complex recruitment processes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with employment law and compliance.
