Fall 2026 Talent Acquisition internship (For academic credit)

Position Overview


As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator Intern, you will sit at the center of how we scale a leading life sciences strategy consulting and communications firm. You will work side-by-side with talent acquisition leaders, mastering full-cycle recruiting and modern TA/HR tech. If you are obsessed with people, culture, and how artificial intelligence is transforming the future of work, this is your sandbox. This internship is offered for academic credit only and is intended for students who are eligible to receive internship credit through their college or university. This internship will run from September- December 2026.

You will gain resume-defining, hands-on experience with a best-in-class tech stack and tools powering modern talent strategy: 

AI & Automation: ChatGPT, Greenhouse AI Talent Matching and Sourcing Automation 

Platforms: Greenhouse ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP Workforce Now, and TeamOhana (Workforce Planning) 

 

Responsibilities: 

 Drive the Hiring Process & Sourcing: 

Craft & post: Write compelling job descriptions and manage active listings across Greenhouse and LinkedIn 

Build structured hiring plans: Support the TA team in defining interview stages, building scorecards and interview questions for our interviewers 

Find top talent: Learn advanced sourcing and resume review/parsing techniques (like Boolean search and AI matching) to hunt for high-potential candidates and build deep talent pipelines 

Optimize ad spend: Help target LinkedIn job ads to the most effective industries and audiences 

 

Own the Candidate Journey & Onboarding 

Coordinate interviews: Schedule interviews and align logistics between candidates and hiring teams, sending confirmation emails 

Ensure great candidate experiences: Act as the face of our employer brand, ensuring a seamless, positive experience for candidates from first contact to offer 

Launch new hires: Manage background checks, update onboarding trackers, and sync with IT to ensure new hires have everything they need on Day One 

 

Use Data to Drive Decisions 

Build dashboards: Create and maintain recruiting reports to track applicant flow and sourcing metrics 

Find insights: Turn raw talent analytics into actionable ideas that shape our overall hiring strategy 

 

Qualifications: 

Current Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field 

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about how People Operations works 

Strong written/verbal communication skills and solid fundamentals in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides) 

Bonus Points: Any prior exposure to ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or prompt engineering with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
