Position Overview
BGBx is seeking a strategic, client-centric, and highly collaborative Senior Vice President, Management Supervisor to lead key healthcare accounts and drive integrated campaign excellence across a portfolio of brands. This role will be instrumental in driving client relationships, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and overseeing the execution of high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creativity and collaboration.
Role Requirements:
- Provide senior-level leadership and oversight across key client accounts, ensuring the development and execution of high-impact, integrated marketing strategies that drive client business objectives.
- Serve as a senior strategic partner and trusted advisor to executive-level clients, building strong relationships and providing counsel on business, brand, and marketing priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop account management teams, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture.
- Drive the development of strategic marketing plans that translate client business objectives, market dynamics, and industry trends into actionable opportunities.
- Oversee the successful delivery of complex, integrated client engagements, ensuring work is strategically sound, creatively strong, on time, and aligned with client expectations.
- Partner with senior leaders across creative, strategy, digital, analytics, and other disciplines to deliver cohesive, innovative solutions that strengthen client relationships and business outcomes.
- Identify and drive organic growth opportunities across existing accounts, expanding agency relationships, capabilities, and revenue.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving client needs to proactively identify opportunities and provide forward-looking strategic counsel.
- Own the financial health of assigned accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, staffing, resource allocation, scope management, and profitability.
- Provide senior-level oversight of account operations, proactively identifying and resolving risks while ensuring teams have the resources and direction needed to deliver successfully
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare advertising or marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory considerations and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on results
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
Salary Range: $210,000 - $240,000
BGB Group is headquartered in New York City, and the salary range listed reflects the expected base compensation for this role in the New York City metropolitan area. This position may be performed remotely within the United States. For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee’s primary work location. Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
