Job Duties

  • Manage calendar/schedule meetings on behalf of the  Managing Director of HR
  • Travel arrangements for HR Leadership Team
  • Expense Reporting and credit card reconciliation for HR Leadership Team
  • HR Ops Report Presentation and Coordination
  • Support to Benefits Team, as needed – particularly Open Enrollment
  • Support to Campus Recruiting, as needed – particularly Career Fair Season prep
  • Provide support for Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
  • Data entry, draft and revise documents
  • Support administrative needs of HR related committees
  • Support and organize volunteer projects in HR
  • Department and employee celebration planning and logistics
  • Oversee department mail
  • Order and maintain supplies for department
  • Maintain department email inbox
  • Assist with department record retention
  • Benefits team support – data entry, open enrollment, back up
  • Annual HR Dept Meeting Logistics and Planning
  • SharePoint Content Updates and Maintenance
  • New Employee Onboarding & Preboarding Support
  • Catering ordering for meetings and events
  • Event planning for special events within HR department
  • Campus recruiting support – shipping, data entry, logistics
  • Meeting support – presentations, reservations, logistics support

Job Skills/Qualifications Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior Admin Experience in an office setting (prior HR experience a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – heavy emphasis on Teams, Outlook, Word, Adobe and EXCEL (Canva a plus)
  • Exposure to project tracking systems a plus – (i.e. MONDAY.COM)
  • UKG experience a plus
