Who we seek:
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Renewals Manager to join our team, to cover North America. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the subscription renewal process, ensuring customer retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet key performance metrics.
What you’ll do:
- Manage Renewal Process: Own and drive the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless and timely renewal experience.
- Retention Focus: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and assist in addressing any potential churn risks with account teams and CSMs.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell: Support identified opportunities to expand customer accounts through product upgrades, add-ons, or cross-sell initiatives.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and renewal strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of renewals, customer feedback, and interactions in [CRM system, e.g., Salesforce].
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed renewal rate and revenue targets, contributing to overall company growth.
- Problem Resolution: Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolve issues that may impact renewals, acting as a trusted advisor.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience: 3+ years in a renewals, account management, or customer success role, preferably in the SaaS or software industry.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve processes.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and subscription management tools.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Sales Acumen: Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or negotiating contracts is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

The annual base salary range is $110,000 – $125,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
