Who we seek:

A bold, high-energy Events & Field Marketing Manager to own and elevate Field Marketing in the West. You’ll drive revenue through high-impact, innovative field events, partnering closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to create experiences from scratch that generate pipelines, accelerate deals, and fuel growth.

Not a box checker, you’re someone who doesn’t sleep until you get results. You like a blank canvas and love leading from the front, driving innovation, and engagement, and making sure every event is a game-changer!

We're looking for someone to be in PST timezone.

What you’ll do:

  • Own & execute all Field Marketing initiatives in the West, aligned with ARR goals.
  • Plan & run top-tier trade shows, roadshows, executive events, and partner activations that drive real results.
  • Lead from the front—on-site, in the trenches, making every moment count.
  • Be joint at the hip with Sales & Leadership to ensure events move the needle—pipeline, acceleration, and ultimately deals.
  • Collaborate with the channel team to build high-performing co-marketing programs.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle—strategy, execution, engagement, and post-event impact.
  • Track performance & optimize, ensuring every event delivers maximum ROI.
  • Own budgets & logistics, making every dollar and detail count.
  • Travel up to 30% to oversee execution and ensure success.

  • Northern California-based and ready to make your own mark on the region.

  • Tech-savvy & data-driven, with experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp
  • Expert in channel marketing—the channel love you, and you know how to build and scale in it

The annual base salary range is $110,000 – $125,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
