Who we seek:

We’re looking for a Sales Productivity and Enablement Intern for our Sales Productivity and Enablement team, reporting to the Global Sales Productivity Leader. Our global team is based in the U.S and France, supporting the Global Field teams across different regions. As an intern on our team, you will be responsible for assisting with content development and data analysis within our new Learning Management System (LMS), supporting field training sessions, and collaborating on materials for enablement efforts. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a quick learner, self-starter, and passionate about supporting sales enablement with an eagerness to contribute to content development, reporting, and field training.

What you’ll do:

  • Support both the Sales Productivity and Technical Enablement teams in shaping content within the new Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Analyze data in the LMS to generate reports and insights to support the enablement team
  • Assist in managing field training sessions, ensuring smooth coordination and execution
  • Collaborate with the enablement team to create documents and content for the field, including materials for cheat sheets, role plays, discovery calls and other sales training exercises
  • Organize and create enablement assessments for the field in collaboration with relevant managers, including quizzes and role play exercises
  • Help with content creation for training materials and internal documentation

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude to take on new tasks
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools and platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Video editing & creation is a plus

This is a 10-week paid internship starting on June 4th and ending on August 8th, working up to 35 hours per week. Hourly pay for this role is $20/hr.
