Who we seek:

We’re looking for a highly skilled Technical Product Manager for the Data Platform Team to join our team and drive the strategy and execution of our data infrastructure.
This role is critical in ensuring that our data platform is scalable, efficient, and serves the needs of various teams across the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end data infrastructure, from ingestion and storage to processing and export, enabling high-quality data products for our business and internal R&D teams.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for the data platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Drive the development and optimization of data ingestion pipelines, integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Oversee efficient data storage solutions, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and high performance.
  • Work with engineering teams to develop and improve data processing workflows to support analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence use cases.
  • Ensure data accessibility by designing and optimizing data export and consumption layers for internal teams and end users.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and analytics teams to define data requirements for the different teams.
  • Identify and prioritize technical and business trade-offs to balance innovation, speed, and reliability.
  • Develop and track key success metrics to measure the impact of the data platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data infrastructure and analytics technologies.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong technical background in data engineering, cloud computing, or distributed systems.
  • Experience working with modern data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar.
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data pipeline orchestration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Advantages:

  • 4+ years of experience in engineering, preferably in data infrastructure, big data, or cloud-based data platforms.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing data platforms in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Understanding of data security, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages relevant to data infrastructure.
