Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our expanding Business Technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, with the ability to design and implement complex solutions that enhance our customer service capabilities. As a key player in our Salesforce initiatives, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Service Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that meet best practices and business requirements. Lead the technical design and implementation of Service Cloud features, including Experience cloud, Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Review and approve technical designs, code, and configurations.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure that solutions meet their needs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee and guide the development of custom Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and LWC/ Apex code.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the Salesforce platform. Implement data migration strategies and manage data integrations.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance processes. Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, including addressing performance issues and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance Salesforce capabilities and improve business processes.
We’d love to chat if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce, with 4+ years specifically in delivering. projects on the Salesforce Service platform as Service Cloud Architect.
- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities. Proficient in force.com, Salesforce Flow, Apex, Triggers, Lightning web Components, Web Services. Familiarity with development tools like Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ etc.
- Experience with integration tools and methodologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to lead technical projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting large scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment or knowledge of general practices.
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
San Jose pay range
$158,300 - $190,000 USD
