✨ Let’s give businesses more time for what matters.

Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for our virtual card program, one of BILL’s top business priorities. The ideal candidate will have product knowledge in B2B card programs, obsession for the supplier experience,  demonstrated strong people skills, and a track record of driving product growth.

BILL’s Vendor Experience & Growth team owns our virtual card program. We seek to create innovative new supplier experiences and capabilities that drive differentiation in the marketplace and sustainable growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Partnerships, Operations, Analytics, Finance and our payment product teams, as well as our external bank and processing partners, driving a direct impact on key business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a set of product features and lead 1-2 squads independently
  • Identify new product opportunities, prioritize across internal stakeholders and define a comprehensive roadmap informed by data, research, and business goals
  • Deliver against the roadmap, defining product objectives, working with the engineering team and partners to drive requirements, and ultimately leading execution to launch key products and features
  • Interact effectively with senior leaders presenting insights and strategies that drive our company’s objectives
  • Drive the evolution of the platform to sustainably scale our programs and support new capabilities and experiences

We’d love to chat if you:

  • Have 5+ years Product Management experience in the payments space, B2B card payment experience preferred
  • Obsess about customers and understanding their needs, pain points, and desires.
  • People who have shipped world-class software experiences, likely from top-tier startups or mid-size software companies as a top performer. Your team would hate to lose you.
  • Product judgment and fluency in metrics and data. You know what a delightful experience looks like, and you aren’t happy until you ship it, but you can also define clear success metrics and use data to inform your judgment.
  • Expert communication, both verbally and written. You can point to specific examples of complex situations that you’ve navigated with your ability to communicate.
  • A willingness to get your hands dirty and to dive into details. If there’s a leaky faucet or a clogged pipe, the PM jumps in to fix it.
  • An ability to think strategically and drive business results. Not only will you fix pipes, but you’ll drive some of our most important strategic decisions. If you can’t do both, it’s not a good fit.
