Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and passionate individual to join the Migrations team. The Sync Migration Consultant is responsible for supporting our clients who are switching their sync connection from one accounting software to another. This role requires a customer service oriented mentality, a high sense of ownership and dependability, with a focus on delivering projects on time. The Sync Migrations Consultant will also establish and maintain customer communication with our clients to keep them updated with the status of their projects. 

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Assist clients migrating their sync via telephone/zoom call. Provide guidance, instruction, and troubleshooting in an accurate and timely format.
  • Contribute to the development, documentation and maintenance of SOP’s,  knowledge base articles, best practices and customer service guidelines.
  • Make recommendations for process improvement and training opportunities.
  • Request for the creation and update of knowledge base articles based on team member questions and customer needs.
  • Ensure that clients are using the product to is full potential by cross selling Ad Valorem products to clients 
  • Additional responsibilities, duties, and projects as assigned.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Bachelors from an accredited university - preferably in the areas of Engineering/MIS, Accounting, or business administration
  • Minimum of 4 years experience working in a technical customer management role with a software/SaaS company. (Fintech preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Foundational Software as a Service (SaaS) product knowledge, preferably within Fintech 
  • Foundational knowledge of Accounting Software Sync with 6 months of Sync experience
  • Ability to develop and execute customer-focused, consultative skills to solve complex problems
  • A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of design-build processes, project management and customer advocacy.
  • Ability to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate appropriately
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Strives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and sense of pride in work
  • Comfortable interfacing with executives and c-level staff
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range

$57,200 - $72,259 USD
