We are looking for a results-driven Manager of Analytics for Bill’s Core Product - Spend & Expense. You will be instrumental in influencing our product roadmap, and responsible for developing a mature data organization to drive measurable business outcomes, enhance customer experiences, and team accountability through actionable insights.
- Strategic Development: Develop and execute the team’s thought partnership strategy in alignment with our GM, Product goals and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 3 - 6 senior analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Opportunity Evaluation: Evaluate and prioritize high-revenue opportunities across all areas of the customer journey. Use data to look for opportunities that may have gone overlooked on the Product roadmap
- Partnership Building: Collaborate with senior product, sales, and marketing leadership who are already committed to and utilizing data science solutions in their workflows. Work with them to build and revise a roadmap of most impactful opportunities.
We’d love to chat if you have:
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated history of managing and inspiring a senior team of analytics and data science professionals, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects.
- Product Focus: Shown experience working with Product leaders as a thought partner.
- Technical Expertise: SQL and Tableau required; DBT, econometrics, Python, predictive modeling preferred.
- Executive Presence: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Clarity: Ability to disambiguate the nebulous into clarity and communicate through exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, including ability to prepare materials for audiences at all levels of the organization
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
San Jose pay range
$167,400 - $200,700 USD
