We are seeking an experienced Sr GTM Strategy Analyst to join our Revenue Strategy and Planning team. The Sr GTM Strategy Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. The Sr. GTM Strategy Analyst will be responsible for leading the annual revenue planning process for their assigned business unit. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication to drive success in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Market Trends: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities. Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to develop and refine sales strategies. Identify target market segments, define value propositions, and create go-to-market plans for new products or services.
  • Annual Planning: Lead the development and execution of annual sales planning processes, including headcount planning and target setting. Collaborate with Sales leadership and Finance teams to establish revenue targets, expense budgets, and resource allocation plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to support annual sales objectives, such as market expansion, pricing strategies, and sales enablement programs. Develop comprehensive plans with clear milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization, including Sales and Product Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to gain alignment and support for the annual Revenue plan.

We'd love to chat if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years in strategy consulting with a top firm is highly desirable, including experience in advising clients on sales strategy, market positioning, competitive analysis, and growth strategies. Alternatively, 3+ years of experience in sales strategy and planning in the technology industry (experience with usage-based SaaS preferred)
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Analytics; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to develop and manage sales and financial models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels (including senior leadership) to gain buy-in for strategic initiatives

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary  ranges noted below roles in the specific  geographic zones

Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle

$127,000 - $152,400 USD

Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts

$114,300 - $137,200 USD

Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina

$107,900 - $129,500 USD
