Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
Join our growing Strategy team, where you will be instrumental in evolving BILL’s Corporate and Product Strategy to capitalize on immense growth potential. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the strategic direction of our market-leading products and our organization, more broadly, by developing deep insights around markets, customers, and competition. This position will differentially support our business units, helping to establish and execute multi-year plans that will drive significant revenue and differentiation for our company. At the same time, the role will also flex to play key contributing roles in corporate strategy - assessing new and adjacent markets, assisting with M&A diligence, and supporting strategic planning. This is a dynamic role that will contribute to and accelerate a variety of high-impact initiatives and influence executive-level decisions.
This role will report to the Director of Strategy and will work closely with business unit leaders and other strategic stakeholders throughout the organization.
This role will be responsible for the following types of activities:
- Conducting quantitative analysis to refine assumptions on TAM, growth, market share, and opportunity sizing
- Executing quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to maintain understanding of key market and competitive trends impacting our space
- Evaluating new and adjacent areas of opportunity for the organization including organic, inorganic and partnership opportunities
- Collaborating with Business Unit Leaders, Functional Leaders, Product Leaders, and their teams to support development and refinement of business line and product strategies
- Collaborating with Finance on long-term models and opportunity-sizing
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 5+ years of total experience, with direct experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate/Product Strategy, and/or Business Development
- Fintech and/or Payments experience a plus
- Experience contributing to high-impact, high-visibility strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to act as a self-starter and execute on multiple initiatives in parallel
- Strong collaborator, team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability present complex information and topics
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights across disparate data and inputs and drive towards an “answer”
- Experience driving primary and secondary research to advance collective understanding, fill in knowledge/data gaps, and validate hypotheses
- Experience bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous subject matter
- Ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization. Role will be an individual contributor for time being.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
Draper UT pay range
$142,200 - $170,600 USD
