Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

This role will be responsible for overseeing and administering our accountant partner program to achieve key goals including working with the Accountant Growth Marketing team and Accountant Sales team  to drive awareness of BILL’s program benefits for accounting firms, collaborating on co-marketing content with firms, working with internal teams to automate processes and productize the program, and more. As a Sr. Partner Program Marketing Manager for the Accountant Partner Program at BILL you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting strategy for the ongoing evolution of the program offering as well as working with BILL support teams to oversee the administration and build reporting for the program. 

  • Build out program operating mechanisms and determine the right platform for program administration
  • Run regular reporting for firm partnership tiers
  • Analyze and report on program performance to help inform future strategy and keep senior management and other stakeholders informed of program health
  • Interface with RevOps to build out program administration and automated reporting
  • Oversee and maintain the Accountant Partner Directory, including updating and approving new listings as well as promoting the directory both to existing partners and to BILL direct customers where appropriate
  • Collaborate on future program strategy and evolution including program benefits, messaging and positioning, and program reporting in collaboration with Growth Marketing, Analytics, RevOps, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales
  • Collaborate closely with our Accounting Growth Marketing Acquisition team and Accounting Customer Monetization team to create and execute on campaigns targeted at educating firm partners about program benefits, integrating the program into lifecycle comms, and sending regular comms to partner about program updates or opportunities
  • Work closely with our internal Account Managers to ensure increasing accounting firm partner support and engagement
  • Create co-marketing content promoting BILL in partnership with select accounting firm partners including webinars, blog posts, field events, lunch and learns, and more
  • Create supporting program content including one pagers, sales enablement, and other collateral as needed for the website

The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. San Jose pay range

$131,000 - $164,300 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range

$111,400 - $139,700 USD

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary  ranges noted below roles in the specific  geographic zones

Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), Boston, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles city

$131,000 - $164,300 USD

Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles City), Austin TX, Massachusetts (Non Boston)

$117,900 - $149,900 USD

Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX, Florida, North Carolina

$111,400 - $139,700 USD
