IHC Manufacturing Associate

Summary

The IHC Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing basic Manufacturing activities under general supervision.

Essential Functions

  • Adhering to GMP:
    • Ensure all containers and measuring devices are cleaned per protocol
    • Monitor equipment and instrumentation for compliance to corporate procedures
    • Document Control
  • Assembly of Finished Products:
    • Filling and labeling of stock solutions
    • Printing labels and data sheets for appropriate task
    • Generating records associated with Manufacturing process
  • Monitoring and stocking of laboratory supplies.
  • Proven experience working in a cross functional team.
  • Familiarly with GMP, FDA and ISO Regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management. 

Competencies

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with zero to two (0 – 2) years Manufacturing experience.
  • Understanding of GMP.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure the work schedule.
  • Basic Computer Skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ensures that all SOPs are followed and recommended Quality Improvement Measures.
  • Accuracy and attention to details.

Expected Hours of Work

  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday unless otherwise determined by departments needs that may include earlier or later starting and ending hours. This position may require extended weekday or weekend hours depending on business needs.

Compensation Range

  • $20 - $23 hourly
