Clinical Recruiter

We are looking for a Clinical Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful clinical recruiter will collaborate with the clinical leadership team at Biograph on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. These roles include physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and imaging technicians, to support the operations of our clinics. The ideal candidate brings experience across sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-growth startup environment in the healthcare space. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Clinical Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.



Responsibilities

  • Have a good grasp of the Biograph product in order to support the hiring requirements of hiring managers across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Source candidates through various channels such as Linkedin, Indeed, various recruitment platforms and professional networks
  • Review resumes and conducting phone screens to assess candidate's suitability for various roles
  • Plan strategically for clinical licensure requirements and cross-licensing opportunities across various clinical roles and candidates
  • Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
  • Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates
  • Accurately maintain and update applicant data and communications within operational software systems such as Greenhouse
  • Assist in developing, finalizing, and posting  job descriptions and tracking progress of each role to ensure timelines are met according to the hiring plan 
  • Stay updated about hiring trends and best practices
  • Provide and analyze data, metrics and reports to improve hiring and onboarding workflow and operations

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, healthcare administration, or related subject
  • 3-5+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare and high-growth startup environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Knowledge of clinical licensure, labor laws, employment regulations, and industry trends
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates
  • Outstanding organization and planning skills and demonstrable ability to execute against set plans in a fast-paced environmentIs comfortable working in a fast-pace and dynamic environment 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse & various recruiting technologies and methods

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000 - $110,000
