Registered Nurse

The clinic Registered Nurse collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff for all aspects of healthcare delivery at our new Biograph clinic in New York, NY. In addition to direct patient care, the Registered Nurse shares in the administrative functions that impact medical services in the San Mateo clinic and collaborates with the clinic Medical Director and clinic management team in overall planning and assures delivery of the highest quality of care to all members.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provides direct patient care to members in clinic and provides pre-visit member education and counseling via telemedicine
• Collaborates with staff on the integration of medical services into Biograph's overall comprehensive membership program
• Build strong relationships with patients, ensure their safety and privacy, and accurately document their information
• Contribute to an environment of innovation, continuous improvement and service excellence
• Follow all safety, security and health procedures and policies
• Perform any additional assigned tasks

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• 2 - 5 years of years of experience. Preferably med-surg background
• Possess a valid New York State license and maintain current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York
• Passion and expertise in the science of aging and longevity
• Comfortable in a fast paced, highly flexible start-up environment
• Possesses the expertise to deliver personalized, top-tier service to a discerning client base
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with both members and colleagues
• Ability to work in our New York City clinic 5 days a week, no nights or weekends 
• Proficient with G-suite and adaptable to learning new software
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records System and HIPAA compliance requirements
• Innovative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and track record of reliable follow-through
