Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Our small and nimble engineering team thrives on ownership and autonomy. When it comes to code and systems, we’re looking to work with experienced people who keep the bar high. This role reports directly to the Head of Engineering and leadership opportunities will arise as the company grows. This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office 3-5 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Guide the member experience: Lead the design and development of engaging, user-friendly services that empower our members to manage their health with confidence.
• Empower clinicians: Build innovative tools and platforms that elevate the effectiveness of our world-class clinicians, allowing them to provide the best possible care.
• Architect for Impact: Design and implement scalable, adaptable systems capable of managing diverse health data modalities and driving improved patient outcomes.
• Collaborative problem solving: Partner with engineers, designers, and product managers to craft a roadmap and solve problems that matter.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
• Experience with data-intensive web applications across the full stack.
• Experience building production applications in the cloud.

EXCEPTIONAL LOOKS LIKE:

• Familiarity with our tech stack

• Experience at an early stage startup or a health tech company.
• Passionate about applying technology to improve healthcare.
