Senior Product Manager, Growth

Biograph is looking for a Growth Product Manager to oversee all growth tech platforms, including our website, lead flow, marketing materials, and product analytics. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends product, marketing, and data—perfect for someone who thrives in a resource-constrained startup environment and is eager to drive both strategy and execution.

As the Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing Biograph’s growth infrastructure—ensuring our marketing and product experiences work seamlessly together to attract, convert, and retain customers. You will be at the intersection of product, marketing, and data, taking ownership of lead generation, funnel optimization, website performance, and growth analytics.

You will also play a key role in positioning and messaging, ensuring that our value proposition resonates across all touch points. This role requires a hands-on approach, deep collaboration with marketing and sales, and a keen analytical mindset to continuously test, iterate, and refine our growth strategy.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office 3-5 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Own and optimize all growth tech platforms, including the website, lead flow, and CRM integrations
  • Develop and execute growth experiments to improve conversion rates and optimize marketing funnels
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to enhance user acquisition and engagement
  • Partner with marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Oversee product analytics, ensuring we are tracking the right KPIs and making data-driven decisions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Develop a growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and resource constraints
  • Work with organic marketing channels to ensure alignment between campaigns and product experiences
  • Create and manage content strategies, including landing pages, product education, and conversion-focused materials

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth, acquisition, or product marketing
  • Healthcare startup experience
  • A hybrid growth mindset—able to flex into product marketing, positioning, and messaging
  • Strong data-driven approach—familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, PostHog, or HubSpot
  • Experience working with web technologies, CMS platforms, and growth automation tools
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, user acquisition, and retention strategies
  • Strong communication skills—you can craft compelling messaging and translate data into actionable insights
  • Hands-on execution ability—you’re not just a strategist; you can roll up your sleeves and get things done
