Biograph is hiring a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of preventative health.

Our small and nimble product team thrives on ownership and cross-functional collaboration. We work closely with design, engineering, clinical, growth, and operations teams to create elegant, scalable experiences that empower our members and reflect our high standard of care. We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, and who values communication and empathy as much as analytical rigor. Joining us early provides a rare opportunity to help define our roadmap, processes, and culture.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office ~3 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are building new, impactful products across several key areas with opportunities to contribute on any of the following teams:

  • Digital Product – Own the member-facing experience, including our mobile application and other digital touchpoints that empower people to proactively manage their health. Focus on building seamless, user-friendly features that drive engagement and retention.
  • Growth Product – Lead growth initiatives across a broad scope that includes optimizing our website, lead flow, onboarding processes, and all communications such as emails and SMS. Use data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate user acquisition and conversion.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 5-8+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech, health, or wellness
  • A strong track record of leading product development in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Deep empathy for users and the ability to translate insights into impactful products
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Comfort balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare, regulated industries, or patient-facing platforms
