Description - 

The Associate Experience Planner is a central team player who serves as the ambassador for the Experience Planning team. Responsibilities include supporting team members with day-to-day workflow, channeling requests to appropriate team members, and organizing/maintaining the library of resources. Networking and outreach across the other teams in the CX department (User Experience (UX), Analytics, and Development) along with the wider agency departments, including Account, Creative, Strategic Planning, and Medical Strategy, is essential to enhance the flow of information between these teams and the agency at large. The expectation is that the Associate Experience Planner knows where or whom to go to find answers—and will proactively and positively represent the team, enabling seamless support for the good of our brands and ultimately our clients.

Responsibilities

Team support

  • Incorporate editorial changes and new content updates into Experience Planning PowerPoint decks and other deliverables, as directed
  • Perform searches based on specific direction from the Experience Planning team
  • Pull competitive advertising examples (from AdPharm, CDPromo, or web search) based on specific direction from the Experience Planning, or Account/Creative/Strat team members
  • Conduct research for analogs (for example, what are competitors doing in similar channels that might be leveraged with our clients as in-class examples) as directed
  • Assist with the creation of POVs and other presentations by searching for data and information that supports key communication objectives
  • Review and consolidate key findings from market research performed by brands as directed
  • Coordinate scheduling of team/department meetings as needed
  • Attend status meetings to flag opportunities for Experience Planning involvement
  • Review creative project briefs to ensure appropriate Experience Planning hours are allocated to the jobs and that other key elements are covered
  • Create and update a library of client feedback, team examples, and other assets demonstrating the Experience Planning team’s successes

Research and reconnaissance

  • Monitor news, media, and social platforms for updates on trends and changes in general and our roster of brands specifically with attention paid to changes or new ways brands are levering NPP channels
  • Research potential vendors (for example, data sources, market research vendors, technology vendors) that could be of use during strategic or tactical planning, and arrange for demo presentations

 Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience, preferably with an advertising agency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a good ability to research a topic, tease out a story, and solve problems
  • Ability to work independently under appropriate guidance
  • Innate curiosity: enjoys continuous learning and new opportunities
  • Interest how brands elicit strong relationships with their customers, along with technology, data, and analytics
  • Positive sense of humor and resiliency
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • PowerPoint and Excel proficiency

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

  • $56,500 - $64,350
