Your role:

  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews,
  • Draft, post, and manage job postings
  • Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
  • Manage and organize employee referral process
  • Demonstrate enthusiastic first point of contact for potential new hires and thereby assists in marketing the Company to candidates
  • Ensure that all applicants are reviewed
  • Schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in Career Fairs as required.
  • Schedule phone and onsite interviews, presentation rounds
  • Support administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition
  • Assist with reporting metrics relating to talent acquisition process

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluent English (oral and written).
  • 1-2 years of relevant recruiting experience
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Passion for outstanding customer service.
  • Possess a high degree of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent emotional IQ and “soft” people skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
