THE OPPORTUNITY: Social & Influencer Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Influencer Marketing Manager
LOCATION: LA - Hybrid
Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA with an office in New York, NY, Birdy Grey supports hybrid work for eligible roles. This role requires working from our DTLA office one day a week. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. #LI-Hybrid
Birdy Grey is looking for a highly creative and organized Social & Influencer Coordinator to support our Brand Marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating and managing content on our social channels, managing our real wedding photo galleries, and communicating with influencers and agents, including outreach, building relationships, and hosting influencer fittings.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brainstorm new content ideas with the social team on a biweekly basis
- Support the Social Media Manager on reporting and hindsights
- Help prep and manage social media shoots, including steaming and planning the shot list
- Create original content for our social channels, including being the face of/starring in the content whether through modeling our dresses or via green screen
- Support the social team on other requests as needed, including Pinterest and YouTube
- Source and reach out to recently engaged influencers
- Support PR box sends for influencers, including product sourcing when needed
- Manage the communication flow with influencers and/or their agents, including negotiations, collecting signatures, following up with influencers, and ensuring they deliver on their content
- Draft contracts and send to influencers for signatures
- Help prep and be responsible for hosting influencer fittings in the LA office
- Respond to our partnerships and real weddings distribution list
- Organize and maintain real wedding galleries in Asana
- Manage all communication with brides and photographers to acquire licensing and usage
- Oversee our real weddings landing page using a third party platform
- Provide overall support for the brand marketing team as needed
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree Required
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media or Influencer Marketing.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A great storyteller who knows how to create an engaging hook.
- Proficiency in all social channels, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest, and up-to-date on the latest features.
- Comfortable modeling our products for content and speaking to the camera.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues effectively.
- Hard working and willing to roll sleeves up - no job is too big or too small.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and take initiative to lead projects.

- Start-up experience
- Interest in bridal and fashion
- Proficiency in Canva and Capcut (or other social editing tools)
California Pay Range
$50,000 - $60,000 USD
