The Growth Marketing Manager will be the primary architect of Birdy Grey’s lead generation engine, focusing on the design and execution of our paid search strategy. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for filling the top of our funnel with high-intent prospects and optimizing their journey from first click to captured lead. While Paid Search is your primary lever, you will collaborate across channels to ensure a seamless, high-converting experience that turns browsing traffic into measurable growth.

- Performance Forecasting: Translate lead-gen targets into channel-level forecasts, aligning search spend with monthly and quarterly growth KPIs.

- Actionable Insights: Analyze lead-to-customer conversion trends and search behavior to inform bid strategies and keyword expansion.
- Conversion Rate Excellence: Design and execute a robust experimentation framework across landing pages and lead-capture forms to improve on-site conversion rates ($CR$).
- Creative Partnership: Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to develop "hook-driven" ad content designed specifically to trigger lead inquiries and engagement.
- Technical Infrastructure: Manage the technical "plumbing" of lead gen—including pixels, tags, and product feeds—to ensure perfect attribution and audience retargeting.
