Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician for apartment buildings in Beaver Falls, Ambridge, and Aliquippa.

Pay and Benefits

• $22/hour (commensurate with experience)
• Monday-Friday 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm (full time)

Responsibilities

• Repairs/work orders including but not limited to plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Turnovers/make-readies
• Preventative maintenance
• On-call emergency maintenance (rotating)
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States 
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal and reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases

Skills

• Facilities maintenance experience
• Certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) considered an advantage
