Job Summary

Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician to support apartment buildings in the Northwest property group in Beaver Falls! This includes Sylvan Ridge, Jennie Gardens, and East Shaffer Townhomes properties. 

Pay and Benefits

• $24-27/hour, commensurate with experience
• Mileage reimbursement
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule

Responsibilities

• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Groundskeeping as needed
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Well-rounded skill set in building maintenance
• Receive and document tasks digitally
• Eligible to work in the United States 
• Valid driver’s license
• Insured vehicle
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
