Job Summary

Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician in the east area of Pittsburgh including North Versailles, Edgewood, East McKeesport, and Wilmerding! This property group includes Broadway Manor apartments, Edgewood Court Apartments, Landmark Apartments, and Parkside Apartments.

Pay and Benefits

• $24-27/hour, commensurate with experience
• Mileage reimbursement
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule

Responsibilities

• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Groundskeeping as needed
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Well-rounded skill set in building maintenance
• Receive and document tasks digitally
• Eligible to work in the United States 
• Valid driver’s license
• Insured vehicle
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
