Birgo is hiring an organized and passionate marketing intern to support the coordination and publishing of content across our channels. This role focuses on writing and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, assisting with podcast production, and supporting the development of marketing materials.

The Role

  • Craft captions and coordinate posting across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Support the production of marketing materials such as emails, content calendars, documents, presentations, branded gifts, and reports
  • Support the production process of the Real Returns podcast
  • Monitor social media accounts and engage with our online community
  • Contribute to the ideation and implementation of new marketing initiatives
  • Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Pursuing a career in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media strategy, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, Adobe Creative Cloud, social media management, and content creation
  • Reliable and attentive to details
  • Tech savvy
  • Passionate about our mission to improve lives through real estate
  • Able to use a computer for a full workday
  • Based in Pittsburgh, PA

Pay and Perks

  • $16-18 per hour (commensurate with experience)
  • ~30 hours per week
