Job Summary

Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, leasing agents play a key role in helping prospective residents find their next apartment. This agent will be responsible for leasing efforts at Craigdell Gardens in New Kensington and Canyon Place in Penn Hills

We expect on-target earnings to be between $46,000 and $70,000 annually, combining an $18+ hourly base with significant performance-driven commission. The standard 40-hour schedule includes one weekend shift and select evenings, balanced by a recurring day off during the week.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents
  • Lease market-rate apartments according to Fair Housing standards
  • Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
  • Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
  • Process rental applications quickly and accurately
  • Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service during the move-in process
  • Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
  • Monitor listing postings and advertisements
  • Escalate resident concerns to the Property Manager
  • Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Successful Candidate Profile

Knowledge & Experience

  • General knowledge of multifamily leasing principles, including Fair Housing
  • 1+ year of experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or hospitality
  • Experience with property management and leasing software (preferred)
  • High school diploma

Other Requirements
