Birgo Capital is a Pittsburgh-based private equity real estate firm with ~$340M in AUM. We acquire and operate multifamily properties with a team of 100+ people who believe that excellent operations and meaningful impact are not in conflict. We're on track to reach $1B in AUM by 2030.

With 33 consecutive quarters of distributions and a loyal investor base across 40+ states, we are now ready to partner with the person who will take our capital formation to the next level

THE ROLE

The Capital Partner is responsible for one outcome: raising $75M–$100M of accredited investor equity annually.

This is an end-to-end ownership role — from sourcing and relationship development through closed capital and reinvestment. You decide how to build the engine, own the results, and report directly to the CEO.

Our leadership is available and will engage at key moments, but the pipeline, the process, and the performance are yours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

→ Build, manage, and expand a capital raising engine from your own network and relationships
→ Independently source capital through HNWIs, family offices, and accredited investor referral networks
→ Drive conversion from first conversation through closed commitment and reinvestment
→ Engage as a trusted peer and advisor (not a salesperson)
→ Maintain a forward-looking pipeline in HubSpot with forecasting rigor
→ Provide feedback on offering structure, investor objections, and messaging to sharpen conversion
→ Partner with IR, Legal, Marketing, and the CEO on Reg D offering execution

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Demonstrated track record of raising $75M–$100M+ annually from accredited investors
7–10+ years in capital raising, private placement, or investor relations
Existing network of HNWIs, family offices, and sophisticated investors
Deep fluency in Reg D structures and private real estate or alternative assets
History of operating with full revenue accountability
Highly self-directed; thrives with a high degree of responsibility and minimal oversight

COMPENSATION

Performance-based and uncapped. It includes attainment-based incentives, long-term carried interest equity, and a base salary.

LOCATION

Remote-eligible. Pittsburgh presence required a few times per quarter. Travel as needed for relationship development.
