Job Summary

Birgo Realty, a mission-driven company, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for Pinnacle Heights Apartments in Morgantown.

Pay and Benefits

• $20 per hour, paid weekly
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Friday
• Full-time

Responsibilities

• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Snow removal
• Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States 
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal and reliable mode of transportation
• Ability to travel to Clarksburg as needed
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
