We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team

Compensation

Expected Salary (NYC): $120,000 - $160,000 USD

What you can expect in this role:

Bitfarms is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives during a pivotal period of growth and transformation.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role will drive execution across website management, digital presence, events, brand initiatives, and cross-functional marketing projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Digital Presence

  • Own ongoing website content updates, page builds, and publishing cadence.
  • Maintain accuracy of campus, development, and company information.
  • Manage a regular content refresh schedule aligned with company milestones.
  • Coordinate with external developers and designers as needed.
  • Monitor site performance and recommend improvements over time.

Go-To-Market & Brand Execution

  • Support launch initiatives and marketing programs across target audiences.
  • Translate strategy into clear timelines, deliverables, and action plans.
  • Ensure brand consistency across materials and touchpoints.

Conferences, Events & Sponsorships

  • Plan and execute industry conferences and sponsorships.
  • Manage vendors, logistics, and marketing deliverables.
  • Develop supporting collateral and follow-up materials.

Cross-Functional Marketing Support

  • Partner with People & Culture, Operations, Development, ESG, and Corporate Development teams.
  • Support internal initiatives and brand-aligned employee engagement efforts.
  • Independently manage assigned marketing requests and projects.

Marketing Operations

  • Maintain marketing workflows, calendars, templates, and processes.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and creative partners.
  • Track priorities to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Experience in B2B, infrastructure, technology, real estate, or related sectors preferred.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently.
  • Proactive, dependable, and collaborative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Slack, Teams, Canva (CMS experience preferred).

  • Marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and proactively.
  • The website remains current, accurate, and aligned with company milestones.
  • Projects move forward with minimal oversight.
  • Internal teams feel supported by a reliable and capable marketing partner.
