We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team

Compensation

Expected Salary (NYC): $120,000 - $160,000 USD

What  you can expect in this role:

Bitfarms is seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to support and execute the company’s marketing and communications initiatives during a period of strategic transformation and growth. This role will work closely with the SVP of Marketing to help shape ideas, manage projects independently, and drive execution across marketing and communications, go-to-market support, conferences and sponsorships, social and digital channels, and cross-functional business-unit needs. This position is well-suited for a self-starter who is comfortable operating with autonomy and confidently managing multiple projects at once. 

 

More specifically, here are some of the key responsibilities:

Go-To-Market Support & Execution 

Support go-to-market planning and execution for brand launch across target audiences. 

- Translate strategic direction into clear messaging, timelines, and deliverables.

- Coordinate across teams to ensure GTM activities are executed smoothly and on schedule. 

Marketing & Corporate Communications 

- Support the development and execution of corporate and marketing communications.

- Draft and manage content for events, presentations, social channels, and marketing materials. 

Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across audiences.

Conferences, Events & Sponsorships 

- Support planning and execution of industry conferences, sponsorships, and events.

- Manage timelines, vendors, logistics, and marketing deliverables.

- Assist in the development of event messaging, collateral, and follow-up materials.

Cross-Functional Marketing Support 

- Partner with HR, Operations, Development, ESG, and Corporate Development teams.

- Support employee engagement, culture initiatives, and internal communications.

- Independently manage assigned projects and internal requests.

Social & Digital Channels 

- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of social media content and calendars.

- Help evolve the company’s digital voice and presence.

Marketing Operations 

Maintain marketing workflows, calendars, agendas, templates, and processes.

- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors.

- Track priorities and ensure projects are delivered on time.

 

 

Here's the profile we're looking for:

Education & Professional Background 

- 5–7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.

- Experience in B2B, infrastructure, technology, real estate, or adjacent industries preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a combination of a college degree and experience in a public company.

- Strong writing and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and proactively.

- Highly organized, dependable, and collaborative.

- Microsoft Office, Slack, Teams, PowerPoint, Canva. 

-Analytical mindset.
