We need a strategic and analytically-driven Product Manager who will drive innovation and growth in our Stablecoins business in trade execution, market microstructure, and institutional trading workflows while scaling the platform for broader adoption. You will collaborate with quantitative traders, institutional clients, market makers, and key stakeholders to define the future of institutional crypto trading at BitGo Prime.

This role is full-time onsite from our Singapore office, fostering fast decision-making, collaboration, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to product strategy for our Stablecoins platform, helping identify market opportunities and supporting the development of our product roadmap.
  • Support client engagements by understanding their business objectives, operational workflows, and needs related to stablecoin issuance and usage to help inform product direction
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the stablecoin ecosystem, including tokenization, centralized and decentralized markets, and real-world use cases
  • Participate in discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to uncover needs and validate product concepts for stablecoin services
  • Support business case development for new features and capabilities, contributing analysis on market potential and strategic impact within the stablecoin space
  • Collaborate with sales and business development to support client conversations and gather feedback that informs product requirements for stablecoin offerings
  • Assist with go-to-market planning for new product launches, working with marketing and partnerships to drive adoption of stablecoin issuance and infrastructure solutions
  • Track product success metrics and KPIs including adoption rates, client satisfaction, and usage patterns to inform product iterations for stablecoin services
  • Communicate product updates and insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders through clear documentation and presentations
  • Stay current on industry developments in stablecoins, tokenization, digital assets, fintech innovation, and regulatory changes to contribute to strategic discussions
  • Gather and synthesize information from clients, market data, and internal teams to support decision-making about product priorities in the stablecoin domain

Who Would Be a Great Fit

  • 2-4 years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, crypto, or B2B SaaS platforms—experience with stablecoins, tokenization, or developer platforms is a plus
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to connect market trends in stablecoins and tokenization to product opportunities and contribute to product vision and planning
  • Business sense: Understanding of business models and how product decisions impact customer value and company goals in the context of stablecoin issuance and markets
  • Collaborative approach: Comfortable working with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities around stablecoin integration
  • Curiosity and research skills: Ability to conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product decisions on stablecoin use cases
  • Clear communication: Can create presentations, write product documents, and effectively share insights with different audiences
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data, frameworks, and metrics to support decision-making
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to bring products to market
  • Technical understanding of stablecoins: First-principles knowledge of stablecoins, tokenization, centralized and decentralized markets, and use cases—or the will and resourcefulness to jump in and become the de facto expert on these topics
  • Exposure to B2B or institutional clients: Familiarity with how enterprises evaluate and adopt stablecoin and blockchain infrastructure solutions
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
