Software Engineer Intern - Mobile (Winter 2026)

Our Mobile Team is looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join us in building the next generation of mobile experiences for the crypto industry. Our team owns two flagship apps: one designed for retail users to securely manage their digital assets, and another purpose-built for institutional clients. Together, these apps deliver world-class security, usability, and trust to a global audience.

As part of the Mobile Team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on products that sit directly in the hands of our users - whether it’s streamlining the everyday crypto experience for retail users or enabling institutions to operate with confidence at scale. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, designers, and product managers to solve complex problems in usability, performance, and security, while learning what it takes to deliver polished, high-impact mobile apps used by thousands worldwide.

About our stack:

* Frontend - React, Typescript, NextJS
* Backend - Typescript, Go, Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Solidity, PostgreSQL
* Mobile - React Native, Expo

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to building features for our iOS and Android apps using React Native.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to bring new ideas to life.
• Write clean and maintainable code while learning best practices from the team.
• Help test, debug, and improve app performance and user experience.
• Explore and evaluate new tools or frameworks that could improve development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews to learn from peers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Gain hands-on experience working on real product features used by retail and institutional clients.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Fluency in at least one modern backend programming language
• Comfortable working full-stack
• Solid engineering fundamentals and passion for high quality code
• Product intuition, user empathy, ability to make sound UX decisions
• Strong work ethic
• Interest in crypto and blockchain preferred

If you will be working from Canada: the current target rate for 2026 interns in Canada is $60 CAD per hour. If the market indicates this needs to change, we would share this with you during your interview process.
