B Lab's Anti-Racism Stance

Anti-racism is a vital step in our JEDI  journey. Antiracism is a paradigm within critical theory utilized to explain and counteract the persistent impact of racism by promoting social justice. Racism is both a global issue and more than solely about race. Oppression exists worldwide.
Our movement calls for boldness and inclusivity with the purpose of betterment for all, and it’s imperative that we continue to seek ways to “practice what we preach” at B Lab. Our Hubs

B Lab™ is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We have additional hubs in London, UK; São Paulo, Brazil; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Denver, CO.

  • B Lab is a remote-first organization within our established tax domiciles. Hiring locations are selected from our list of tax domiciles where it makes strategic sense for each role to be based. To ensure equity, we hire only in locations where a role opening has been posted, to give all potential candidates in that area an equal opportunity to apply.
  • B Lab does not currently have the administrative or legal framework in place to support work permit sponsorship (including transferring work permit sponsorship or sponsoring the extension of those that have time restrictions) in any capacity.
  • We share our open roles below noting the location, please navigate to the job posting for the location that aligns with where you will be located at the start of employment and where you already hold an unrestricted work permit.
