You’ll shape our content and communications strategy, guide internal and external creators, and collaborate cross-functionally to craft messaging that deepens brand affinity and drives engagement. • Oversee the content strategy and editorial calendar across Supersonic, newsletters, social media and in-app
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of content across channels to ensure clarity, cohesion, and consistency
  • Drive creative strategy and oversee campaign development, ensuring concepts, copy, and design work together to deliver impact across paid, owned, and experiential channels
  • Manage and mentor a Content Lead, Video Lead, and freelance contributors (writers, designers, content creators)
  • Collaborate with Product and Consumer Marketing to translate product features and loyalty mechanics into clear, engaging consumer narratives
  • Partner with Design to maintain and implement brand guidelines across internal and external touchpoints
  • Review and approve copy and creative to ensure brand standards are upheld
  • Establish scalable processes, toolkits, and best practices for content development, brand consistency, and campaign execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in brand, content, or creative marketing—ideally in consumer tech, lifestyle, or hospitality brands
  • Track record of defining and evolving brand identity (tone, story, visual) and overseeing campaign creative strategy from concept through execution across paid, owned, and experiential channels
  • Strong editorial instincts and portfolio spanning email, social, blog, and brand storytelling; high taste level with a strong eye for design
  • Hands-on experience leading and collaborating with writers, designers, and creative partners, and developing guidelines/toolkits that scale across teams
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with Product, Marketing, and Design; comfortable with tools like Figma, Notion, or CMS/email platforms
  • Passion for restaurants, hospitality, or loyalty programs is a major plus

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in editorial, creative direction, or agency brand strategy
  • Background in journalism, publishing, or brand storytelling
