Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director Clinical Evaluations, the Child and Adolescent Therapist - Diagnostic Evaluator will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop diagnostic reports (including service needs and recommendations), and provide diagnostic feedback to individuals and/or their caregivers.

How you’ll make an impact:
- Conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations such as autism spectrum evals (ADOS 2, ASRS, CARS), analyze and interpret data, and write evaluation reports.
- Training provided for interested candidates
- Provide feedback to clients after evaluations.
- Communicate with team members during the evaluation process as needed
- Provide written requests for outside services (such as applied behavior analysis and or MA) as needed.
- Communicate findings of the evaluation to all team members.
- Participate in weekly department and team meetings, communicating any client needs with the treatment team as well as providing feedback and/or consultation to any treatment member as needed.
- Complete documentation for evaluations within 24 hours of services.
- Manage your schedule, including scheduling assessments, feedback appointments, maintaining report writing time, and rescheduling any cancellations or make-up appointments.
- Report weekly productivity.

The basics you’ll need:
- Hold at least a Master’s degree in a related field of psychology.
- Active valid Pennsylvania license as a LCSW, LPC or LMFT, which includes maintaining all necessary continuing education requirements is required
- At least 1 year of experience providing clinical diagnosis (using DSM5-TR or DC0-5) evaluations.
- Trained and certified to administer the ADOS 2 assessment preferred but not required.
- Consistently reliable internet access for any telehealth provisions.
- Potential for some evenings and/or weekends based on client need

Salary Range
$80,000 - $95,000 USD
