Position Summary

As a Pediatric Neuropsychologist, you will deliver remote virtual neuropsychological evaluations for children and young adults facing neurodevelopmental, social, and school-related challenges. Utilizing modern, technology-enabled telehealth platforms, you will focus directly on patient care, conducting virtual diagnostic assessments, interpreting standardized digital batteries, and delivering actionable feedback for families. Working alongside tele-psychometrists and a multidisciplinary care team, your evaluations will directly inform personalized treatment plans that treat the root causes of complex behavioral and cognitive profiles.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Conduct Virtual Diagnostic Evaluations: Lead 100% remote neuropsychological assessments for pediatric populations with autism spectrum profiles, ADHD, and learning differences.
• Deliver Actionable Feedback: Conduct virtual intake interviews and interactive feedback sessions with caregivers, translating clinical data into clear, practical recommendations for families and schools.
• Collaborate Across Specialties: Partner closely with tele-psychometrists for battery scoring and provide expert diagnostic consultation to internal therapists, prescribers, and care coordinators.
• Maintain High-Quality Documentation: Complete thorough, timely diagnostic reports and EMR documentation adhering to clinical quality and payer standards.

What Makes You, You

• Pediatric Diagnostic Expertise: Deep clinical experience evaluating complex neurodevelopmental and social-emotional presentations in children.
• Telehealth & Digital Platform Savvy: Skilled in building quick rapport with children over video and navigating digital assessment tools (e.g., Q-interactive) and EMRs.
• Collaborative Communicator: Passionate about working within an integrated, whole-child model alongside multidisciplinary clinicians.
• Detail-Oriented & Efficient: Strong report-writing skills with a focus on timely, high-quality clinical documentation.

The Basics You’ll Need

• Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or School Psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program.
• Fellowship: Completion of a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in Pediatric Neuropsychology.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Psychologist license in PA, VA, NJ, MD, or commitment to obtain multi-state licensure. ABCN board certification or board eligibility is highly preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years post-licensure experience conducting pediatric neuropsychological evaluations (telehealth testing experience preferred).
• Workspace: Private, quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with a high-speed, dedicated internet connection.

Compensation

• Hourly Contract Rate: $110-$135 (Contract/1099)
