Senior Staff Software Engineer (Java, Micro services, Containerization)

Job Description and Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced staff software engineer who will join forces with the development team for our security services management platform. This platform supports our services team in providing world-class DAST, SAST, SCA and mobile assessments. The ideal candidate is a technology enthusiast who can combine a passion for delivering state of the art products to our customers and the pragmatism of maintaining the existing platform, safely innovating while keeping our customer base productive and happy.

Responsibilities

You will join a full stack Agile development team, design, develop, build, test, and support our ecosystem of applications and tools. As a staff engineer, you will share your passion for staying on top of technology trends, experiment and learn new technologies, help set technical standards, ensure quality and scalability of our software, mentor other engineers and help foster an innovative and healthy culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, designing and implementing SaaS applications for enterprises.
• 8+ years of experience programming with languages like Java (preferred), Python, go.
• 5+ years of experience with database technologies (Postgres, MySQL)
• 5+ years of experience using git, Linux, container and container orchestration.
• 3+ years of experience developing in an Agile team following CI/CD methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience developing applications using microservices architecture, and container orchestration technologies.
• 3+ years of deploying and supporting applications running in one of AWS, GCP or Microsoft Azure public cloud services.
