Role Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the existing order history
• Creating the procurement process from scratch.
• Creating SOW, MSA & exposure in Order management
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of Vendor Documentation folders. Organizing information from several different sources to ensure that accurate and valid information for vendor base is widely available to the company at large
• NetSuite Vendor Creation and Maintenance: Business needs drive our growing vendor base. Assisting with the review and onboarding of new vendors and ensuring active vendor base is limited to companies that we intend on using moving forward.
• Internal process improvements and managing the administrative aspects of these processes
• Coordination with internal teams on status of payment and coordinating with other internal teams with Finance and other portions of the company to ensure viability into the status of ongoing Purchases and vendor payments
• Coordinating with international vendors and internal employees to provide real time coverage into procurement related items
• Recommending enhancements to the current process to drive improvements across various tools we use
• Order Entry and Vendor account upkeep
