Black Duck is seeking a skilled Integrations Lead to join our Business Applications team to support business needs as it pertains to Black Duck’s integrated business applications.  This role will be responsible for being a critical integrations subject matter expert who will work to standardize and implement a common API strategy across Black Duck for our core enterprise systems primarily through Boomi and application connectors.  The Business Applications team is a high-performing, global team that is responsible for making business processes more efficient through automation, reduction of manual, low value work thus allowing the company to operation efficiently, make better choices and ultimately be more profitable. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for integration technologies, a strong background in building and supporting real-time integrations for our business applications.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Boomi’s iPaaS solution and building custom APIs between core business applications (ie CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc).

 

This individual must have excellent interpersonal communications, diligent time management skills, is team-oriented, and has a strong work ethic.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, build, and maintain scheduled and real-time integrations using Boomi.
  • Develop and support Boomi processes, manage and deploy APIs, and utilize Boomi’s iPaaS features effectively.
  • At least 4+ years of knowledge regarding Boomi Process building & deployment, Boomi EDO Integration, API management, alert framework/exception handling, connectors/listeners, integration packs usage, etc.
  • Integrate Boomi with key enterprise systems such as Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP, ADP Workforce Now, Snowflake, Payroll, Trade Compliance and more.
  • Ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization across platforms, adhering to best practices in system integration.
  • Leverage common frameworks such as message queuing, caching, API management, and complex mapping.
  • Experience utilizing scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Groovy, C++, for advanced integrations.
  • Utilize and Build REST and SOAP APIs while working with various data formats including XML, JSON, SFTP and CSV.
  • Handle complex scenarios involving SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, HTTP, WSDL, XSD and JSON technologies.
  • Implement robust authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, etc.) to ensure secure integrations between systems.
  • Knowledge in infrastructure-based landscapes for distributed architecture, Atom/Molecule sizing & benchmarking.
  • Administer Boomi Atomsphere, including build, deployment and management of integrations.
  • Ensure smooth deployments across all environments, handling all aspects of Boomi components and functions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science
  •  3-4 years of Boomi experience
  • Boomi Integration Developer Certification
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams, including Operations, Product, and Technology.
  • Strong track record of identifying risks, issues, and roadblocks within programs, and proactively working with teams to mitigate them.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, critical tasks, and conflicting requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate both horizontally (with peers) and vertically (with senior leadership).
  • Ability to incorporate company vision, mission, and values in decision-making.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies and tooling (i.e. SDLC, Jira)

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $135,600-$203,400. In addition, this role is eligible for a bonus. Black Duck offers a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
