HR Operations Specialist

            As a HR Ops Specialist, you will provide a variety of administrative, project and program support for India organization. You will be joining a fast-paced environment and play an integral part in helping manage end-to-end recruiting activities to support BD’s hiring needs. 

            As a main point of contact with managers, employees including new joiners, you play a key role in helping shape a great onboarding experience for all. This is a great opportunity if you want to get exposure to a high-tech company and accelerate your HR professional career.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Co-ordinate pre onboarding areas for candidates and own all onboarding related activities .
  • Ensure co-ordination with all stakeholders to support the onboarding activities
  • Measure , track and improve onboarding areas to create a world class onboarding experience at Black Duck
  • Support in HR and Recruitment co-ordination areas
  • Assist Talent Acquisition in conducting Recruitment drives and help create an overall candidate experience
  • Take part in special projects aimed at improving existing programs/processes as needed.

 

Key Requirements: 

  • An energetic, self-starter who possesses a BA/BS and 2-5 years of responsible administrative and project management experience, preferably in a Staffing or HR organization.
  • A motivated self-starter with a positive demeanor
  • Someone with solid written and oral communication skills with great attention to detail
  • A multi-tasker who can maintain high levels of customer service and confidential information in a fast-changing environment.
