  • Create and manage a portfolio of strategic technology alliances and product partnerships across AI, DevSecOps, developer tools, cloud platforms, software supply chain intelligence, and ASPM ecosystems.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and ecosystem analysis to identify emerging partnership opportunities and market trends.

Drive High-Impact Strategic Partnerships

  • Build executive-level relationships with leading technology providers, cloud platforms, AI innovators, and developer ecosystems.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations involving revenue sharing, IP rights, go-to-market commitments, licensing structures, exclusivity arrangements, and strategic investments.
  • Partner with Legal, Product, and Executive Leadership to structure agreements that maximize business value and market impact.

Accelerate Integration-Led Growth

  • Champion partnerships that drive meaningful product integrations, customer adoption, revenue growth, and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and operationalize strategic integrations.
  • Define and track metrics including integration adoption, partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, customer engagement, and ecosystem growth.
  • Develop scalable playbooks that move partnerships from Discovery to Pilot to Commercialization to Scale.

Build a World-Class Alliance Function

  • Create governance processes, scorecards, stage-gate frameworks, executive steering committees, QBRs, and KPI dashboards.
  • Establish disciplined operating rhythms that enable transparency, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority across Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
  • Serve as Black Duck’s primary executive leader for technology alliance strategy and ecosystem expansion.

  • Launch high-value integrations that enhance customer value and platform differentiation.
  • Create measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth.
  • Deliver alliance-driven revenue contribution against agreed business objectives.
  • Position Black Duck as a preferred partner within the broader AppSec, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

Required

  • Prior experience building a Strategic Alliances Program and Team for an Enterprise Software Company, preferably in Application Security

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
