Marketing Executive
About the role
As a Marketing Executive at Blacklane, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and engaging high-value users through strategic partnerships, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
By collaborating across teams, and supporting the execution of both offline and online marketing strategies, you’ll help shape the future of luxury mobility while enhancing customer loyalty and brand awareness.
Your responsibilities:
At Blacklane, we measure success by the meaningful change that each team member creates. In this role, you’ll:
- Brand Positioning & Partnerships: Support luxury brand collaborations, hospitality partnerships, and sampling campaigns to elevate Blacklane’s premium image.
- Event & Activation Management: Assist in planning and executing high-value client and partner events to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Help implement online and offline CRM initiatives to strengthen guest relationships and increase the lifetime value of existing customers.
- Partnership & Activation Success: Measure the impact of activations and brand collaborations to ensure strategic alignment and ROI.
- Social Media: Support content creation, scheduling to drive awareness and credibility.
- Execution of Marketing Deliverables: Manage logistics for activations, retail space partnerships, and brand touchpoints to ensure seamless execution.
About you:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Event Management.
- You are a quick learner, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working on diverse projects at the same time.
- You’re an analytical thinker who enjoys turning insights into action.
- You embody a problem solving mindset, viewing new challenges as opportunities to learn new skills—because you’re invested in your own and Blacklane’s development.
- You’re interested in working with a diverse, global crew where your work will make a lasting impact on the growth and success of the company.
- Happy working Hybrid (2-days in the office).
Your First-Year Roadmap:
Here’s what your journey at Blacklane could look like:
- 3 months: Immerse yourself in the business and role → Onboarding, meet key stakeholders, start to contribute.
- 6 months: Build confidence in your role → fully own core tasks and drive measurable impact on team and company goals. Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives that leave a noticeable mark.
- 12 months: Scale your contributions and your expertise.
The Blacklane Hiring Process → Expected duration: 6 weeks
1. Application Review:
Your CV and documents are being reviewed by our respective Talent Acquisition + Hiring Manager.
2. Talent Acquisition Interview:
A quick introductory chat to ensure the role excites you and matches your interests and skills.
3. Second Round:
Case Study/Technical Interviews/Peers Interview/Stakeholder Interview
A deeper dive into your experience and the specific aspects of the role, emphasizing alignment with Blacklane’s goals and vision.
4.Third Round:
Executive Interview and if applicable Reference Check.
5. Offer Call:
