About the Role
As Head of Creative at Blacklane, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving the visual and emotional expression of our brand during one of the most exciting chapters in our company’s journey. By collaborating across teams, leading creative direction, and translating strategy into powerful storytelling, you’ll help define how Blacklane communicates its mission to deliver sustainable, world-class chauffeur services to travelers around the globe.
You’ll inspire creative excellence, consistency, and innovation across all touchpoints, from digital campaigns to in-car experiences, ensuring that every point of communication embodies a luxury lifestyle brand.
Your Impact and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the creative vision for the brand, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and marketing goals to elevate Blacklane’s presence globally.
- Translate insights and strategy into compelling creative concepts, visuals, and campaigns that connect emotionally with our customers and partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all teams with a particular focus on marketing and product to ensure a consistent and inspiring brand experience across all channels.
- Guide and mentor the creative team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth.
- Oversee production and delivery of creative assets, ensuring timelines, budgets, and brand quality standards are met.
- Drive the brand evolution, ensuring the refreshed identity is implemented seamlessly and consistently across all platforms.
- Partner with agencies and freelancers, maintaining creative excellence and alignment with brand values.
Your First-Year Roadmap
Here’s what your journey at Blacklane could look like:
- 3 months: Immerse yourself in Blacklane’s brand, voice, and global mission. Build strong relationships with Marketing and Product stakeholders. Begin contributing to active creative projects.
- 6 months: Take full ownership of creative direction for key campaigns and brand initiatives. Strengthen cross-functional alignment and establish creative standards that balance innovation with consistency.
- 12 months: Scale your impact. Expand creative influence across teams, evolve the brand identity system, and drive forward Blacklane’s visual transformation at a global level.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You’re a strategic creative thinker who loves turning ideas into visually powerful stories that connect emotionally.
- You combine artistic vision with business understanding, ensuring every creative output serves a clear purpose.
- You bring 6+ years of creative experience, ideally in branding, advertising, or design, within luxury brands.
- You have strong expertise in visual design, art direction, and storytelling, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and relevant production workflows.
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring creative talent and influencing senior stakeholders.
- You embody Blacklane’s values — we care, we deliver, we drive.
- You’re curious, adaptable, and driven by excellence — ready to shape the future of mobility through creativity.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
