Sales Manager KSA

YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Drive revenue growth through the acquisition and development of new B2B clients and partners across sectors such as Government, Banking, Multinational Corporations, Hospitality, Real Estate, Sports, and Events.
- Proactively identify, approach, and convert business opportunities in alignment with regional sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Support the execution of the regional business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Represent Blacklane at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide market insights and feedback to help shape commercial strategies and product offerings.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experienced B2B sales professional with a successful track record in ground transportation, business travel, mobility, or related sectors within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and established relationships within target industries.
- Motivated self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage pipelines and close deals independently.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Holds a valid driving license.
- Ethical, ambitious, and passionate about delivering premium experiences and contributing to a purpose-driven company.
